Juanes and Taylor Swift

Last night the Grammy Awards marked a momentous occasion for the music industry. Rounding out the most wins were Taylor Swift and Beyonce, who won a record six Grammys. While the night belonged to the ladies, there quite a few wins for Latinos (yes, in the mainstream Grammys...Latin Grammys to come later in 2010!) One of the highlights of the evening included Juanes, who presented the Best Rap Song Collaboration with Taylor Swift. Juanes currently holds 17 Latin Grammy Awards, the most of any artist.

The evening also marked the first Grammy wins for Maxwell who made a comeback after an eight year hiatus. The Puerto Rican and Haitian singer was nominated for six awards, winning two in the Best R&B Male Vocal Performance and Best R&B Album.
